Negotiated purchase of approximately 50 acres of vacant land in North Coventry, Pa (adjacent to Route 100). Utilized conservation approach to design and engineered a 24-Lot layout with large double cul de sacs and boulevard entrance roadway . Orchestrated and obtained approvals, installed improvements with in-house Earth Enterprises, Inc., and design-built first few homes.
