Negotiated purchase, created/designed new use, and obtained approvals from South Coventry Township, PA for 54 Age-Restricted Multi-Story Residential Units on 5.5 acre tract within a 120 day time period of being introduced to the site. Sold partial site upon obtaining approvals in 2005 to partners and participated with builder/partner.
