The Hyatt House Hotel in West Chester, Ohio, set for completion in early 2026, redefines extended-stay hospitality through modern design and wellness-focused amenities.
The project includes 136 rooms and a 5,000 sq. ft. medical and wellness facility integrated into daily operations.
Tom Drauschak, serving as Owner’s Representative, oversees architecture, engineering, and construction coordination.
His leadership ensures excellence in site planning, permitting, and execution across all trades.
Upon completion, the hotel will stand as a model of Wellness-by-Design hospitality, blending comfort, innovation, and health.
Formerly The Rookwood Inn, The Constance is a reimagined boutique hotel in Lenox, Massachusetts, near downtown and Tanglewood.
Originally built in 1825, it was fully transformed under new ownership into a refined historic retreat.
Tom Drauschak led the entire reconstruction, preserving 19th-century charm while adding modern luxury and efficiency.
He also redesigned the parking lot to enhance access and complement the site’s heritage.
The result is a revived Berkshires landmark—celebrated for its elegance, craftsmanship, and seamless blend of past and present.
Tom Drauschak and his company managed the full design, engineering, and construction of Stonewall Golf Course — a 186-acre private club along French Creek, ranked among America’s Top-100.
Under a single turnkey contract, Tom delivered the entire 18-hole course and facilities within 12 months, meeting Merion Golf Club–level quality with zero cost overruns.
He directed all permitting, site planning, and coordination with top golf architects and professionals to perfect the design.
Tom also transformed historic barns into a world-class clubhouse, complete with dining, lodging, and pro facilities.

Built on the former Gruber Estate, Tom conceived, designed, and constructed the entire 18-hole course and facilities from scratch.

Set in New York’s Catskill Mountains, Callicoon Hills Resort was fully transformed under Tom Drauschak’s leadership.

Tom added new glamping areas and upgraded all utilities, blending comfort with the property’s natural charm.

When Cole Candy & Tobacco required a new warehouse on a fast schedule, Tom Drauschak delivered with total precision and control.
Serving as designer, builder, and project manager, he completed the modern steel-frame facility in just 120 days.
The project included full site engineering, permitting, offices, loading docks, and utilities—finished on time and within budget.

When a public school district needed a new maintenance facility quickly, Tom Drauschak delivered a complete real estate and construction solution.

Eagles Mere Private Beach in Pennsylvania is a serene, historic lakeside retreat surrounded by forests and mountain air.
Set along the clear, spring-fed Eagles Mere Lake, it offers swimming, canoeing, and peaceful relaxation for families and nature lovers.
Tom Drauschak and his team led a full renovation, restoring and upgrading the beach’s facilities.
Their work resolved key structural and maintenance issues while maintaining the site’s timeless charm.

30 Acre Commercial Development – negotiated purchase and assembled properties, managed design and obtaining of approvals for commercial development, managed and land planned creation of Commercial Condominiums, discovered tenants and negotiated annual ground leases (without broker) for all tenants/users. Coordinated and negotiated sale of Outback and Staybridge condominiums in 2012 (with broker $3.2 M). Completed final sale of 1.2 acres for $2.3 Million without broker. (with 50% silent partner)
Negotiated purchase of 120-acre lot, with an instant Final approval from legal settlement (township in Litigation with previous owner). Designed plan for 42 new residential units (golf cottages) with 9 hole executive golf course and practice facility, plus country club facilities – tennis courts, swimming pool, spa, etc. 30,000 square-foot retail/office space included. Obtained all permits and approvals ready for installation of infrastructure improvements.

Negotiated purchase of 30-acre lot with large farmhouse and commercial zoning. Managed proposed design/engineering for various layouts and proposed users.
