Bellewood Country Club

Performed a “Turn-Key” Golf Course Construction Project on an accelerated schedule.   Designed Bellewood’s Golf Course Routing Plan layout and all design details – including a new lake on front nine, managed civil engineering and obtained all agency/township/PADEP Final Approvals and Permits in less than six months.   Performed all earthwork, installed greens to USGA specifications, and completely constructed  and grew-In (including transplanting over 600 trees)  a first class private 18-hole golf course with full practice facility located in Northern Chester County, Pennsylvania. 

Project completed for opening day within 18 months of the golf course idea being generated and less than 14 months after breaking ground.
