Currently under construction and scheduled for completion in early 2026, the Hyatt House Hotel in West Chester, Ohio represents a new benchmark in extended-stay hospitality — merging high-efficiency design, modern architecture, and wellness-infused amenities.

The project features 136 guest keys and a 5,000-square-foot medical and wellness component, integrating health-oriented spaces into the hotel’s daily operations.

Tom Drauschak serves as Owner’s Representative, providing high-level oversight of architectural, engineering, and construction coordination. His expertise and leadership extend across site planning, permitting, and agency approvals, as well as detailed management of all construction trades and practices.

Tom’s involvement brings deep expertise in land use, engineering, and construction management, while introducing new standards for Wellness-by-Design hospitality environments.

Result (anticipated 2026): A state-of-the-art Hyatt House Hotel that fuses modern hospitality with health and wellness — a next-generation lodging experience built under Tom Drauschak’s direction from concept to completion.
