Negotiated purchase of industrial parcel on Shoemaker Road, Pottstown – adjacent to Tri County Business Campus. Per the client’s accelerated construction schedule request – designed, engineered, obtained approvals, financed, installed improvements, and constructed warehouse within a 120-day timeframe. Upon completion of the 15,000 square foot Office/Air-Conditioned Warehouse, sold it to Cole Candy and Tobacco Company with all site improvements.
